This Pop! represents Sylvie. Sylvie is a variant of
Loki , so she was a princess of Asgard. As a child, she causes a Nexus that forces the TVA to intervene, but manages to escape. Sylvie is then forced to spend her time between various time streams to avoid being caught by the TVA.
