This Pop! represents Viktor when he has completed all his transformations. Viktor grows up in Zaun where he develops a keen interest in progress and science, which he sees as ways to help the weakest, himself suffering from a disability since he was a child. He later joins the Piltover Academy where he becomes Professor Heimerdinger's assistant. He eventually meets Jayce, another brilliant inventor, and helps him develop Hextech technology, which could channel magic and create machines to help the people. This relentless quest for progress will lead him to irreparable errors, notably the creation of the Hextech anomaly, with which he will eventually merge, and, with the help of Singed, take this particular form.
