Fry then struggles to adapt to this new life in New York, which has changed a lot in 1,000 years. He ends up meeting a very distant relative, Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth, a brilliant scientist, for whom he will work as a deliveryman for his interplanetary delivery company, Planet Express.
